We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. For Canadian orders, any duties, taxes, or import fees are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. You’ll receive tracking when your order ships. Please make sure your shipping address is correct — we’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the order to the carrier. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, see Refund & Returns— we’ll file a carrier claim and make it right.
These terms apply when you enroll in Auto-Ship. They’re part of our Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before enrolling — Auto-Ship is an automatically renewing subscription that bills your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time, but if you cancel before completing the 3-cycle minimum, a one-time reconciliation fee applies. It simply makes up the difference between the discounted Auto-Ship price you already paid and the regular one-time price your shipped volume would have cost — so you never pay more than the fair one-time price, and never less than you committed to.
The fee equals: cans shipped × (the one-time per-can rate for that volume − $0.70).
Example: you take one 500-can shipment on Auto-Ship at $0.70 ($350) and then cancel. The one-time rate for 500 cans is $0.90, so the reconciliation fee is 500 × ($0.90 − $0.70) = $100. In total you’ve paid $450 — exactly the fair one-time price for 500 cans.
Manage everything yourself from your account at your account portal — no phone call required. You can pause, skip a shipment, change your quantity, swap your design, or cancelat any time. Canceling stops all future charges going forward (subject to the reconciliation fee above if you’re still within the minimum commitment). If you’d rather keep your $0.70 price, pausing is often the better option.
Please keep your payment method up to date. If a charge fails, we’ll mark the subscription past-due and email you a link to update your card; we may pause shipments until payment succeeds. We may change Auto-Ship pricing or terms on a going-forward basis with advance notice, and you can cancel if you don’t agree to the change.
