Our 30-day machine guarantee, why custom-printed cans can't be returned, and exactly how refunds work.

Run real batches with your seamer for 30 days. If it’s not right for your café, return the Machine for a refund of its purchase price. To qualify:
To start a return, email info@shopcanned.com for a return authorization. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the Machine.
Cans are custom-made to your design and printed to order, so they cannot be returned or refunded— this applies to both one-time can orders and Auto-Ship shipments. The one exception is a problem that’s on us (see Section 3).
If your Machine arrives defective, or your cans arrive damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly due to our error, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Please email info@shopcanned.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We do not cover issues caused by your artwork as submitted, incorrect information you provided, or handling after delivery.
If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 daysof the expected or actual delivery date. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved.
Canceling an Auto-Ship subscription before the minimum commitment may trigger a reconciliation fee rather than a refund. Those terms — and how to cancel, pause, or skip — are explained in our Shipping & Subscription Terms.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval (your bank may take longer to post it). Orders paid through Affirm or Klarna are refunded through that provider, and your financing balance is adjusted according to their terms.
